Mary Baker Eddy not only discovered the divine Science of the Bible and revived the practice of Christian healing, but was also able to impart her teachings, both orally and in writing, in such a way that they can be understood and demonstrated. Christ Jesus, in naming the signs that should follow "them that believe," or truly understand his teachings, included the ability to "speak with new tongues," as well as the power to heal the sick and cast out evil ( Mark 16:17, 18 ).

God does feed us. He feeds us in the only way infinite Love could—abundantly and to our joyous, complete satisfaction.

Mary Baker Eddy, after years of consecrated study and prayer, received the revelation that God, Love, is the only power; that God, Spirit, is All; that matter is nothing; that so potent is divine Love that it can annul all material so-called power, even if it is manifested as the power of the totalitarian dictator, the engine of war, or the fury of the atomic bomb.
