THOSE who seek help through the loving ministrations of Christian Science frequently experience instantaneous healing, finding their need immediately met, even as in the time of Jesus, his apostles, and the early Christian church. In fact, such healing is the standard set by the Master for all who would name themselves his followers as Christians.
THERE is no body of people on earth to-day more free, happy, grateful, and expectant of good than are Christian Scientists, those who are members of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, and its branches. Their religion, revealed to this age through their inspired Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, is a religion of love, of unselfishness and spirituality; and its students, far and wide over the surface of the earth, are standing alert, the sandals of the gospel of peace on their feet, the rod of Truth in their hands, and, withal, protected from the shafts of evil by the impervious armor of scientific, correct thinking.
AT break of day on a bitterly cold morning a student of Christian Science, who derived considerable pleasure from putting out food for the birds, even though sparrows oftentimes seemed to be the only ones that came to the repast, upon opening the door was greeted with the strong, clear notes of a cardinal. Looking up, he saw the bird perched on the topmost limb of a near-by tree.
WHOEVER truly understands Christian Science comes to know it as a revelation of absolute Truth. Mary Baker Eddy has not given the world her religious opinion: she has discovered for it the provable spiritual facts of existence.

As the horizon of human experience seems to stretch out toward some undiscovered country, human thought continually turns back to a restful dwelling place which men call home.
EVERYONE knows that it is common custom for anyone preparing to run a race to free himself of every ounce of unnecessary weight. In a long racing contest it counts for much to have as little as possible to carry, for thus a maximum amount of freedom is assured to the human body.
