The disquietude of this period should rouse Christian Scientists everywhere to a deeper realization and acceptance of their part in meeting the world's needs. The various crises as they burst upon the peoples of the earth need to be dealt with in metaphysical dimension by those who have the Christianly scientific understanding to do so.

Perhaps because of popular confusion that believes human will is synonymous with Christian Science, people may think intensity of thought is needed in healing prayer. But is it effective in healing?
