A letter from a teacher of Christian Science : Could I mention one thing about the shortwave broadcasting? I receive, as you do, letters from shortwave listeners all over the world. And they are so inspiring.
I am writing concerning the article on Mrs. Eddy ("Mary Baker Eddy: a lifetime of healing") in the January [1995] issue of The Christian Science Journal.
The August 15, 1994, issue of the [ Christian Science ] Sentinel,* was focused on school, with an especially compelling interview with a Christian Scientist who is the superintendent of schools for Decatur, Georgia. It told of how years of prayer and working together have raised the students' test scores to a consistently high level in this low-income area.

My gratitude for the articles in The Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Sentinel * is ever expanding. I have been inspired and blessed so many times by just the right phrase in an article that has awakened me to my need at a particular time or when faced with a specific challenge.
