Since finding Christian Science, the pearl of great price, there seems to be a constant song in my heart which at times will not be silenced, but must express the gratitude I feel to God for all the harmony that has come through the revelation of this wonderful truth.
In reviewing the past two years I am simply overwhelmed, the blessings are so many that come crowding into my consciousness. Three years previous to the time I accepted Christian Science, a lady, not a Scientist, told me of a very wonderful case of healing. It was the first time I had heard of Christian Science, and this led me to read Mrs. Eddy's book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures." I considered it a very wonderful book, but I did not grasp its spiritual meaning; and it never occurred to me at that time that I too might apply it to my own life.
Three years later, when my health completely failed me and I was told by my physician that an operation would eventually be necessary, I remembered the promise held out in the book, that the sick could be healed to-day as they had been nineteen hundred years ago; and in my extremity I turned to Christian Science.
