I send my testimony in deep gratitude...

I send my testimony in deep gratitude to God for enabling me to see, through the teachings of Christian Science, all my seeming difficulties and troubles vanish as sad dreams. As the blessed light of Truth flooded my consciousness, it dispelled the darkness of disease,—neuralgia, a stomach difficulty, and many other ailments which had made a slave of me for over twenty years. I had visited many physicians, but got only temporary relief, and just before taking up Christian Science I had spent a month in a sanitarium, but gained little benefit. I had studied a little from Science and Health some time before, but did not see the healing power of Truth. I had however some helpful talks with a friend who had been studying Christian Science for some years, and as I pondered and read, the light of understanding flowed in, and with it the healing came naturally. I absorbed all the Christian Science literature I could get, and the joy of knowing it was God's will for me to have perfect health and all good was indeed a realization of abiding in the Father. I now understand that "in him we live, and move, and have our being." Words cannot express my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for the message of Christian Science, which has helped me out of darkness into God's perfect light.—Eliza Foreman,Chelmsford, Essex, England.
