I am glad to testify to what Christian Science has done for me. About four years ago I suffered from a very severe throat trouble, and a specialist who treated my case told me that I had tubercular disease, also that my lungs were partly affected as well as my throat. I was treated for a while by this specialist, but got worse. At that time my wife spoke to me of Christian Science, and I went to a practitioner and had my first treatment. I am grateful for the help and spiritual uplift I received at this time, for I had been wandering without a God or any interest in religion for many years. I was healed from this disease in two treatments, and now enjoy the ability to use my voice as much as I please.
Another case of healing through the help of the same practitioner was the demonstration over severe headache of twenty-two years' standing. This trouble had been pronounced incurable by several German doctors, for I had suffered from it since childhood. I am also grateful for the spiritual uplift which came with this healing.
