I wish to give my testimony as to the healing and regenerating power of Christian Science. In June, 1908, I was to material sense suffering from a bad case of rheumatism, and had been for twelve weeks. I was not able to get permanent relief through medicine or material means, and so decided to try Christian Science, the result being that I was healed with two weeks' treatment. Since then I have been healed of stomach trouble, catarrh, heartburn, and the tobacco habit. I have also been freed from bad temper and the use of bad language. I owe it all to the study of the Bible, also of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, with her other writings.
I feel grateful to our Leader for this truth which she has given to the world, and I am indeed thankful to God for the health and spiritual uplift that I have received through Christian Science.— Joplin, Mo.
