When I began to have Christian Science treatment it was with fear and doubt. For twenty years I had taken medicine both morning and evening for bowel disorder. Every doctor I went to said the trouble was incurable, because of being hereditary and chronic, and that it would result either in invalidism or in paralysis of the bowels.
After the first Christian Science treatment I never took a drop of medicine or a pill. I took treatments for two months off and on, and have never had any trouble since. That was several years ago. During these treatments I was surprised beyond measure to note that every time I mentioned any other of my ailments in the presence of the practitioner, it had disappeared by the next time I had occasion to think of it. A bad complexion has changed to a healthy color, and warts have disappeared, while success along business lines has taken the place of fear and failure.
