Christian Science has indeed regenerated me. It gives one who has beheld the risen Christ great pleasure to testify to the many benefits received through the study of the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, together with the Bible. About three or four years ago I started to study the text-book quite alone, and in a few weeks the smoking habit was cured, also all desire for strong drink disappeared. Toothache was also overcome, and one night when taken with an attack of fever I was enabled by holding to the truth to dispel this error. Nervousness has likewise been overcome.
Just a year ago I came up to kalgoorlie, and met several faithful students. I feel great progress has been made since attending the services and meetings here. Christian Science has healed me also financially, more harmonious work appearing. Existence used to be barren; now I glimpse larger and larger possibilities. All students cannot but hope and work for that joyous time when "they shall all know me." I thank God for Christian Science, and am grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her unselfish labors on behalf of humanity. I cannot close without reference to the periodicals; they indeed are meat and drink daily, weekly, and monthly, and the Lesson-Sermons give great help.— Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
