It is with profound gratitude to God that I give this testimony. I had never heard of Christian Science, but through a friend was led to the truth that makes free, and in two treatments was healed of a critical case of typhoid fever. Several years have passed since my first healing, and during this time many other ailments have been overcome, such as severe headaches, nervous trouble, and heart failure; but the greatest of all blessings is the spiritual uplift and the accompanying "Peace, be still."
It has been my privilege to have class instruction, and my earnest desire is to obey the divine law of Love so as to be worthy of being called a Christian Scientist. I am indeed grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving to this world her God-inspired faith, and for the Christian Science literature, which is a constant proof of its healing power.— Rochester, N. Y.
