I have had many beautiful healings through the study and application of the teachings of Christian Science, which for more than eleven years has met my every need. I have found that this Science is equal to any emergency; in fact, it truly offers a full salvation, for its Principle is God, divine Love.
My first demonstration of healing was made in the overcoming of severe attacks of stomach trouble which, in spite of a very limited and careful diet, were frequent and most distressing. After a very few Christian Science treatments I was able to eat anything I liked without the slightest discomfort. I learned that man's God-given dominion is not a mere theory, but a demonstrable truth, and that food has no power to destroy or even disturb the harmony of God's image and likeness. Another demonstration was the healing of a fully developed case of influenza almost instantaneously. I have been quickly healed of heavy colds, and have been able on many occasions, through the realization of God's protecting care, to prevent any ill effects when exposed to conditions which according to mortal belief would produce them.
These are only a few of the many blessings which have come to me through the understanding of Christian Science, and I am, indeed, most thankful to God, the giver of all good, and to our great Master and Way-shower, Jesus the Christ, as well as grateful to his faithful follower, our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who has discovered and made available to a weary world the truth that Jesus taught and practiced.— Philadelphia, Pa.
