It is with loving gratitude I wish to testify to the many blessings I have received through the study of Christian Science. I am grateful to have found the loving Father-Mother God, who ever answers when we call in truth; grateful for the sense of peace and protection our Lesson-Sermons bring to us. I am also grateful to our loving practitioners, who are so willing to help us along the way.
For years I had worn glasses, and different eye specialists had told me I would always have to wear them. However, as the pain became almost unbearable something seemed for days to whisper, "Try Christian Science." I finally obeyed, and after my first treatment the glasses were laid aside and have never been worn since. This was more than ten years ago, and all through these years divine Love has been my only physician. I have found in Him an ever present help at all times when living in obedience to Him.
As Mrs. Eddy has said in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 19), "If living in disobedience to Him, we ought to feel no security, although God is good." I had also for years suffered from insomnia. I had tried every remedy recommended to me, but received no help until I let divine Mind show me how to rest.
