COMMUNICATION TO THE DIRECTORS

From the September 1928 issue of The Christian Science Journal

June 6, 1928

The Christian Science Board
of Directors
Boston, Massachusetts

Dear Friends:

We, the members of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship, in annual conference assembled, wish to express to you our love and loyalty. Many pleasant experiences have come to us during the lecture year now drawing to a close, but none pleasanter than this opportunity to assure you of our appreciation of your wise counsel and unfailing support in the work to which you have appointed us.

Evidence abounds on all hands of the confidence of Christian Scientists in the permanency of our organization and of their confidence in you and in your ability to meet the problems which each year become more numerous if not more intricate. May the gratitude and loyalty we feel for the noble way in which you have upheld and administered the By-Laws of The Mother Church Manual bless you as your acts have blessed us.

With best wishes,
Most sincerely yours,
The Christian Science Board
of Lectureship (Signed)
