Articles and Testimonies
Articles and poems from members of The Mother Church and good testimonies from those healed by Christian Science are always welcomed for consideration by the Editors They should be typewritten (double spaced), or written legibly, on one side of the paper only; and the addresses given should be complete; also, the source of all quotations should be given. Women should use the title "Miss" or "Mrs," and married women should sign their own names in full, instead of the names of their husbands.
Testimonies should be verified by three members of The Mother Church, who have either witnessed the healing or can vouch for the integrity of the testifier. Preferably one of the verifiers should be a church officer; in which case the title of the office should be given. The addresses of all verifiers should be furnished. If the testifier is not acquainted with members of The Mother Church, an affidavit made before a Notary Public is acceptable. In this case, however, the signature of at least one member should also be obtained if possible.
Manuscripts for publication in the Journal and Sentinel, whether articles, poems, or testimonies, and correspondence relating thereto, should not be addressed to individuals, but to the Journal and Sentinel Editorial Department, The Christian Science Publishing Society, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston, Massachusetts. This includes religious articles for The Christian Science Monitor.
Compliance with the foregoing will greatly facilitate the work of the Editorial Department.

The name of the author and of the work from which the quotation is taken, together with the chapter and page, should be specified.

Continental European Orders
It has come to the attention of the Publishing Society that many Christian Scientists living in Continental Europe do not know that they may order Christian Science literature, both books and periodicals, through the nearest Reading Room, and thus save themselves delay and the inconvenience of calculating prices in United States money necessary when ordering from Boston. A directory of local Reading Rooms will be found on page iv of Le Heraut de Christian Science, on pages iv and v of Der Herold der Christian Science, on page x of The Herald of Christian Science (Scandinavian Edition), and on page iv of The Herald of Christian Science (Dutch Edition).
