From the April 1932 issue of The Christian Science Journal

The responses to the letter sent by The Christian Science Board of Directors to all branch churches and societies and to college or university organizations on October 14, 1931, in behalf of the new Publishing House Building Fund, have been liberal, though not entirely sufficient. They certify to the deep and practical interest of the Christian Science Field in the project to properly house the publishing activities of our movement, an undertaking which is called for by Article I, Section 7, of The Mother Church Manual.
