The testimonies in all the periodicals have been such a help to me in working out similar problems that it would only be procrastination further to delay my expression of gratitude for all the wonderful things Christian Science has brought me. Needless to say, not all of these experiences may be enumerated here.
The main thing in my life has been the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School for about nine years. In those years I received training that can never be erased. Not long after coming into Christian Science, I was healed of tonsillitis, from which I had suffered every winter without fail. This attack proved to be the most severe, also the last, as it was destroyed through Christian Science treatment, not instantaneously but permanently.
The teacher of my last class in Sunday school was a very earnest worker and endeavored to show us the importance of daily mental work and of being in the world but not of it. I shall always be grateful for those lessons. They enabled me to go through my school years untouched by disease and outside influences of all kinds.
