Isaiah tells us to "seek . . . out of the book of the Lord, and read," meaning that earnest study and application are necessary for our advancement. In "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 158), our Leader makes this positive statement: "We live in an age of Love's divine adventure to be All-in-all."
Through the reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and with the help of a friend, I was healed of a goiter. This healing is permanent. The law of God expressed completely in Christian Science heals quickly and thoroughly.
Many other healings of thought and body have been the outcome of my study of Science and Health. Outstanding have been those of a tumor, rupture, and a clotted blood vessel. Lost articles have been returned. Resentment and selfishness are being replaced with love, and I am declaring: "Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
