It is indeed with a deep sense of gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy, who so lovingly and unselfishly made it possible for us to realize God's ever-availability, which she so clearly teaches in Christian Science, that I should like to testify to a healing I received in 1929.
I had a severe case of eczema, which had kept me in bondage for thirty years. It surely was an opportunity for me to prove the allness of Spirit and the nothingness of matter. Through the faithful study of the textbook I soon gained a clearer understanding of the Scriptures. Every symptom vanished in a short time and, I am most grateful and happy to say, never returned. I have received various other healings and numerous blessings through the continued study and apprehension of Christian Science. One learns that if this method seems to fail it is due to lack of understanding and improper application, for we know there is nothing impossible to God.
I am truly thankful for the literature, which is available at all times; for the Reading Rooms; the lectures; the Wednesday testimony meetings; for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, and for every channel through which Truth may operate.
