For many years I was afflicted with stomach and gall-bladder trouble. I often suffered severe and extremely painful attacks. On the occasion of one attack a Christian Science practitioner was present. Through the help of this dear worker I was immediately healed. That was on June 15, 1926, and today I can testify that the healing has been permanent and complete. Through Christian Science and the practitioner's constant, unselfish willingness to help, not only have I completely overcome this trouble, but my family and I have had many other blessings.
I think gratefully of our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who, through her discovery of Christian Science, has shown us the way to the true understanding of God and man. I am also grateful for all the Christian Science literature, which enables me to grasp this teaching more easily. I can fully corroborate the foregoing testimony of my wife. I have had a beautiful demonstration with respect to supply. Through no fault of mine I lost my position. In spite of the great lack of employment I was not a day without work, thanks to the knowledge that Christian Science gives us and the help of a practitioner. The problem of remuneration was also wonderfully solved. I have been very quickly healed of various sicknesses. I join sincerely in my wife's words of gratitude.—
