It is with deep gratitude to God and to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for blessings received through Christian Science that I write this testimony.
A few years ago I became suddenly ill with an attack of sciatic rheumatism and a breakdown. A practitioner was called to our home, and work in Christian Science was lovingly taken up. I grew worse the next day, and for three weeks suffered such pain that my husband thought he would have to call a doctor. However, I never faltered in my faith in God's power to heal me, and I refused any material help.
The battle to keep me from passing on took several weeks, but I was healed, and the healing has been permanent.
