THE quest of the ages has been for individual and general peace, for freedom from reactions of daily conduct that disturb and harass human experience. The solution of all problems that perplex thought and undermine health and well-being, lies in God-bestowed and conscious dominion over the belief in evil.
To realize the presence of God, good, under any and all circumstances; to know that in reality we are at one with God, infinite Mind, in whom "we live, and move, and have our being;" to realize the great truth that man is the veritable image and likeness of Spirit, is to be conscious of our God-given dominion over erring material sense.
The Scriptures, in their array of inspired messages, establish the relationship that exists between God and man. The very first mention of man in the Bible is in the statement that man is made in God's likeness and given "dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." This God-ordained jurisdiction remains an eternal fact concerning spiritual man, whose status includes health, joy, and peace.
