I have derived so much good from the testimonies in our periodicals that I wish to give mine, with the hope that it may help others. As our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, says in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 79), "Giving does not impoverish us in the service of our Maker, neither does withholding enrich us."
During the many years I have studied Christian Science I have experienced some beautiful healings. An outstanding one, which occurred some years ago and has been permanent, was of a painful case of neuritis. It was an instantaneous healing.
I was once thrown from a moving car when the door opened unexpectedly. When my husband picked me up I was in a dazed condition and my face was badly cut. Within a week I was up and about, and although fear had suggested that I might be scarred, I am not. We knew that God's man cannot fall.
