Christian Science has healed me of sickness and released me from fear, and in grateful acknowledgment I offer this testimony in the hope that it will help someone in need.
My introduction to this Science was through a Sentinel I took from a free literature box in a railroad station. The first article I read from it healed me of a recurring pain. Within two weeks I was given a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. I studied it for about a year and a half, with the result that a nervous condition was overcome, and eyeglasses were given up.
About this time family relationships became inharmonious, and I put the textbook aside for some years until a relative who had been antagonistic to my study reminded me of Christian Science. I bought a copy of the textbook and began to study conscientiously. I had been subject to melancholia at times, but now my outlook on life became happier. One by one my ills disappeared—bleeding from the mouth, rheumatism of the arms, chronic constipation, and severe headaches. I could fill pages with the blessings I have received through the study and application of Christian Science.
