Dear Master, we would leave our nets
Of willful strivings, unpaid debts,
Self-centered hopes, and vain regrets
To follow Thee!
For Thou wilt teach us to release
False fears that pure love may increase
Within our hearts to bring us peace,
And we shall see
Unclean things cleansed, diseases healed,
Sin cast out, true Life revealed—
True Life to which the grave must yield
Its victory!
