In March, 1900, I accepted Christian Science, and I have studied it faithfully ever since. My little girl was healed of catarrh of the stomach within ten days through the work of a consecrated student of Christian Science. I myself have had many healings in Christian Science. The verdict of galloping consumption had been placed upon me, but after a few days' treatment fear dropped out of my consciousness and I was free.
I have passed through deep waters, three of my loved ones having passed on. Through each experience I was sustained by God's all-powerful hand. And for the many friends who came to me in those hours of sorrow, upholding me in the understanding that I was in the all-embracing arms of divine Love, relieving me of all responsibilities necessary on such occasions, ministering to my every need, I cannot find words to express my gratitude.
I am grateful for class instruction from a student of Mrs. Eddy's. I am rejoicing' every day because of what Christian Science has done and is doing for me. In my fourscore and ten years I have never worn glasses, and I am so thankful that all my faculties are keenly alert.
