From the bottom of my heart I am grateful to our Father-Mother God for leading me to Christian Science. Christ Jesus said (John 8:32), "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." I am inexpressibly happy to verify the truth of this statement.
At the time some relatives called my attention to this Comforter I was suffering from consumption. I had almost lost my voice and could hardly make myself understood. Time spent in hospitals and sanatoriums had brought no improvement. I was also suffering from a fistula. I was mentally depressed because I had been told by doctors that there was no hope for my recovery.
Through the untiring and loving help of a Christian Science practitioner my fear, which was very great, was destroyed, and soon thereafter the physical manifestations of the disease disappeared.
