The meeting opened with the singing of Hymn No. 304, with words by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. The chairman, Edward Froderman, Trustee of The Christian Science Publishing Society, read selections from the Bible and from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany by Mrs. Eddy. Silent prayer was followed by the audible repetition of the Lord's Prayer.
