Heralds of Universal Good

From the October 1972 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Every three months a precious package is delivered to my door. As I open it, the bright colored covers of the various editions of The Herald of Christian Science remind me of jewels. And so they should, for their contents make me feel rich in spiritual good.

As I look at the contents of each edition, my thought flies to the region whose language is used in the articles. I feel a bond of kinship, for two languages, English on one page and another language on an alternate page, are bearing to the world the wonderful messages of Truth. Every month their older brothers, the French and German editions, bring additional inspiration.

What loving care is shown in this activity of The Mother Church, and how little we really understand and appreciate the labor of love that goes into the selection, translation, and preparation of these messengers!
