"Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it" (Ps. 119:140). These words express my feeling about Christian Science—its standard of perfection, its revelation of the purity of man in God's image.
About a year before I was born, my mother took up the study of Christian Science. Both my sister and I enjoyed a childhood free from medicine and the talk of sickness, and our ailments, which were few, were quickly healed through prayer.
In the raising of my own daughter I have found Christian Science a priceless help. Her infancy and early years were remarkably free from illness of any kind.
