Almost everyone at some time yearns to be needed and wanted.
If we ourselves are truly expressing love, regardless of how people may have neglected or rejected us, we can feel loved. We need only to understand God and our unity with Him, as taught by Christian Science, to realize that our happiness is sustained by God. The Bible says, "God is love." I John 4:16; The fact that God, who is Love, creates man in His likeness (see Gen. 1:26) must ever endow each individual with a family circle that is all loving and all lovable.
Collectively and individually the family of man fully represents divine Love. Each identity is essential to the joy and completeness of every other because each is essential to express the All-in-allness of the Father-Mother Love. Therefore we are all-loved, dearly loved by all that really exists.
