Removing opposition to Christian healing

From the April 1992 issue of The Christian Science Journal

In the opening moments of the television series The Civil War, we get some sense of the vastness of that American struggle—a single cause fought in 10,000 places.

The advancement of Christianity and its healing activity might also be characterized as having thousands of front lines. Some are highly visible, and occasionally, through the media, our attention is drawn to a courtroom where the right to practice spiritual healing is being challenged.

No less meaningful are the unseen front lines where resistance to spiritual healing is met through prayer, victories are won, and Christianity advances, bringing spiritual growth and healing to individual lives.
