Letters

From the November 1994 issue of The Christian Science Journal

This is a letter of appreciation for a special aspect of the Christian Science periodicals. As a writer and editor myself, I have recently been especially impressed with the quality of the proofreading.

It is incredibly rare to find a typographical error in a Sentinel* or Journal, and I know how hard that is to accomplish. I realize this is the result of diligence and alertness and must come from dedicated prayer. It is an expression of perfection to present the ideas in these articles in such an error-free manner.

Proofreading is the kind of work that usually goes unnoticed unless it is badly done. It is being done very well in our periodicals, and I just wanted you to know that someone has noticed.
