When our boys were little, they enjoyed their baths. They played in that sudsy, soapy world, splashing and "swimming" and soaping. We all appreciated the warm, clean smell, and they loved the comfort of clean "jammies." They even liked mopping the puddles that usually resulted.
Now that they are a little older and baths interfere with more important "things to do," they sometimes complain when it's time to take a bath. "But I took a bath yesterday!" is the usual argument.
Those with even older children may be facing a similar argument concerning other right activities: "But I went to church last Sunday" or "I read my Bible Lesson yesterday" or "Why do I have to go to church at all?" You may have even felt this way yourself.
