To our readers . . .

From the Publishing Director's Office

From the November 1995 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Because of the overwhelming response received in the past two years, the Thanksgiving Bible Lesson from the Christian Science Quarterly is again being made available in stand-alone full text booklet format. You will notice a number of changes to this year's booklet that make it more useful for sharing with the first-time reader: a preface on giving thanks, a table of contents, an invitation to the Thanksgiving Day church service, clearer reference lines for the Bible and for Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy, and a complete listing of the Christian Science periodicals.

Copies of the Thanksgiving Bible Lesson are available through Christian Science Reading Rooms. You might want to share one with someone who cherishes the idea of thanksgiving, perhaps along with an invitation to attend the Thanksgiving Day service at your local branch church.

The Christian Science Journal and Christian Science Sentinel are two gifts that offer a continuous stream of good for every reader.
