A letter from Poland

From the December 1995 issue of The Christian Science Journal

I would like to give thanks for Mary Baker Eddy's mission statement for The Christian Science Journal: ". . . to put on record the divine Science of Truth." The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany, p. 353.

It is because of the intelligently inspiring articles and testimonies of healing contained in the pages of the Christian Science periodicals that I came to the conclusion that I should choose Christian Science. In these articles and testimonies I have seen Christian Science working in everyday experience, and I just wanted to stay with a religion that is both scientific and practical.

I found Christian Science in 1987. (I knew about it before that time, but it was presented to me in a distorted way.)
