Theater—its uplifting, unifying role

Sue Pomeroy is the founder, director, and producer of Good Company Theatre Productions based in Brighton, England. She has directed many productions of classical and new work for major regional companies throughout England. Her directing career has also included residencies at the Royal National Theatre and the world-famous Berliner Ensemble, and she was the artistic director of the Croydon Warehouse Theatre for three years.

In 1986 Ms. Pomeroy established Good Company with the aim of producing thought-provoking theater of the highest quality touring throughout Britain. The company's first production, I, Bertolt Brecht, has toured extensively in the United Kingdom and has also undertaken two international tours. Many other successful productions have followed.

In the following conversation with , Ms. Pomeroy shares how Christian Science has had an impact on her art, and how it has brought healing to all aspects of her work.
