Again and again in my study of Christian Science, and my earnest prayers, I affirm anew that chance cannot interfere with God's eternal dominion and, therefore, is not an element of my life. By consistently realizing this fact I have come to understand the way the Bible describes His presence.
Not too long ago I was busy mowing the grass and was pulling the electric mower sideways to myself, so the clippings would be spread out across the lawn. The grass was rather high this time, and covered up a sizable stone so that I didn't notice it.
