During the past year I struggled every day with not feeling well. Even when there was no specific or identifiable condition, I felt worn out and carried out my normal activities with difficulty. In short, I felt "old."
One problem that accompanied and, I suppose, contributed to the weariness, was a condition with my feet and knees that made going up and down stairs painful. A few months ago this condition flared up until I could barely stand. There was constant pain, even while sitting down with my feet propped up. At the same time there was pain in my jaw, gums, and neck. I could barely open my mouth or chew.
The feeling of tiredness, of old age, is gone—my normal level of energy has returned.
