Finding a way—of sharing Science and Health

From the April 1997 issue of The Christian Science Journal

At a meeting of the board of a branch church, the question of sharing Science and Health came up. The immediate reaction was, "I don't know anybody I can share it with."

One member mentioned that it really wasn't necessary to know to whom we were going to give a copy of Science and Health. By living according to God's law and knowing what is right and good, we would find a way of sharing the textbook with our fellowman. All agreed that we should order a share-pack containing twenty-six copies of the textbook. When the books arrived, we received fifty-two instead of twenty-six! There was a sense of "How are we going to share all of these copies!"

Then we decided we would have an announcement read at a church service by the First Reader that copies of Science and Health were available in the foyer for any attendant or member who would like to give the book to a friend, relative, or neighbor.
