1866 Mary Baker Eddy discovers Christian Science.
1875 She publishes her book, which is entitled Science and Health. Also, eight of her students band together to support public Sunday services led by her at Good Templars Hall in Lynn.
1878 Mrs. Eddy begins preaching in Boston, first in the South End, later at other locations in Back Bay, Charlestown, and downtown Boston.
