LETTERS

From the January 2005 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Congratulations on an outstanding issue [November]. The entire layout was so inviting I wanted to read it front to back without stopping, and the articles were outstanding. Thank you to those who shared their experiences in the section "Light at the end of the tunnel" [p. 7]. Each of them had such incredible healing thoughts that could be put into practice immediately. Betty Jenks ["The big picture," p. 30] is such an inspiration to all of us in showing what ageless beauty is. The articles about praying for a larger sense of family ["Baby boom," p. 49; "The waiting game," p.52] were beautifully executed, and the Q&A [p. 55] was so helpful.

The November issue just arrived, and it is spectacular! The cover is arresting and appealing. I remember as a child the stack of Christian Science publications by my grandmother's chair. To a child's eye, they were indistinguishable, a stack of matching covers. What a relief to see these beautiful colored covers, each with a message at a glance.
