CONTRIBUTORS

From the August 2007 issue of The Christian Science Journal

1. After many years in the industrial design and construction business, Paul Sedan now enjoys pursuing his lifelong love of fine art. Living in Charlotte, North Carolina, he also delights in riding his motorcycle on warm, sunny days on the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway with its awe-inspiring views. Read about another one of Paul's top priorities—praying for the planet, page 30.

2. Bill Moody has been a vital presence in several posts within our church organization. Along with being a teacher and practitioner of Christian Science, he's served as President of The Mother Church and Editor of the Journal, the Christian Science Sentinel, and The Herald of Christian Science. He and his wife, Whitney, reside on the island of Martha's vineyard in Massachusetts. Read Bill's article, "The Continuity of Good," page 38.

3. Christian Science practitioner and teacher Kari Mashos has found that since God is the only healer, distance between patient and practitioner never impedes spiritual healing. Kari says that calls for Christian Science treatment from halfway around the world make her realize more than ever that healing is not about personal proximity, but about the presence of the Christ in human consciousness. See her article "Healing—Infinite Range, Perfect Precision," page 50.
