GOD NEEDS YOU. YES, THAT MEANS YOU—as well as every blade of grass, ant, and tree. There's peace in knowing this, because if the infinite All needs you, it's going to keep you. Everything the divine Mind creates has continual purpose and the happiness that goes with fulfilling it. The one "I am" includes all identities, and doesn't ignore, abandon, or fail to preserve any part of itself.
As wonderful as that sounds, it can be hard to believe that God needs you in particular. Christian Science doesn't ask that we accept this on faith alone, but gives a spiritual and scientific explanation of our relationship with God.
