CONTRIBUTORS

From the December 2008 issue of The Christian Science Journal

1. Recently Genelle Austin-Lett was discussing with her Bible study group the Nativity story, told in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke. She had just pointed out that those are the only Gospels that relate the events, when, she says, "I suddenly realized that maybe the Gospel of John had its own version of the Nativity." Read what Genelle discovered as she pursued this perspective on

Jesus' birth. "The True Nativity." Page 10.

2. Todd Herzer keeps his office for his Christian Science practice in the historic town of Salida, Colorado. While equally comfortable in hiking shoes or snowshoes, on a bicycle or horseback, Todd, a former business executive and consultant, is involved in community efforts to restore local agriculture through farming. Read "Spiraling Up." Page 26.
