David Brown: Right now, there are many people who are concerned about the issue of hunger, with rising food prices, supply disruptions, concerns about the effects of climate change, food waste, and food insecurity making headlines. Various advocacy groups say that the world produces enough food to feed the billions of people on Earth. Yet despite this, they say one in nine people around the world go hungry each day. So what can we do about it?
