At the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church in June reports are read as called for in Article XIII, Section 1 , of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy. Included are "general reports from the Field.

From the Treasurer of The Mother Church Per Capita Tax , as provided in the Church Manual, Article VIII, Section 13 , is due annually from "every member of The Mother Church," and "shall be forwarded each year to the Church Treasurer. " Payments may be sent during the year at any time between January 1 and December 31.

NORMAL CLASS, 1952 The triennial Normal class of the Board of Education will be held in December, 1952, as provided for by Mary Baker Eddy in the Manual of The Mother Church (Art. XXVI, Sect.

NEW CHRISTMAS CARD The Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy announce a new illustrated Christmas card for the 1951 season. A beautiful new two-color drawing of the Original Edifice of The Mother Church in the style of an etching is the cover illustration.

RECORDING OF "OPPORTUNITIES" MEETING An inspirational meeting entitled "Our Immediate Opportunities," held during the 1951 Annual Meeting season of The Mother Church, in Boston, has been recorded on magnetic tape, and the recordings are offered to branches of The Mother Church throughout the world, without charge, for presentation at meetings of their members. Full information appeared in a notice in the July, 1951, issue of The Christian Science Journal.

MEMBERSHIP NOTICE Applications for membership in The Mother Church are acted upon by The Christian Science Board of Directors twice each year as provided for in the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy, Article XIII, Section 2. If those who wish to take this step -will forward their applications as early as possible, it will greatly facilitate the work in the Clerk's office.
