NOTICE Lectures in Europe Churches and societies in Great Britain and Ireland and on the Continent are reminded that applications for lectures should be made by their clerks in June as promptly as possible after the names of the lecturers assigned to these countries are announced, following the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, and not later than July 1. Those churches and societies which desire to sponsor lectures during July and August should communicate with The Christian Science Board of Lectureship as soon as possible.

It is characteristic of our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy—of the loving thoughtfulness and thoroughness of her work—that she provided for the literature necessary for the progress of the student of Christian Science and left no question as to what it is or how it should be used. Thus in the Manual of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, in referring to any applicant for membership in this Church, she writes ( Art.

ANNOUNCEMENT The torustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy are pleased to announce a new binding of the German translation of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. This book replaces the two editions previously published.

RECORDING OF THE MEETING "CONSECRATION TO OUR LEADER'S PURPOSE" An invitation to branches of The Mother Church to share by means of a tape recording the inspirational meeting entitled, "Consecration to Our Leader's Purpose," which took place during the 1952 Annual Meeting season in Boston, was extended by The Christian Science Board of Directors in a notice appearing in the July, 1952, issue of The Christian Science Journal. Copies of the recording, to be presented at membership meetings, will be available without charge until January 15, 1953.
