Exploring in depth what Christian Science is and how it heals.

From the standpoint of perfection

It was a glorious sunny day. I had just visited Hampton Court Palace Gardens near London, not far from where I live.

No spot in time

Recently I enjoyed a Wednesday evening testimony based on the old jingle, “There is no spot where God is not. ” The testifier had experienced healing from the realization that no spot on the body—and no geographic spot on the globe—could be outside of God’s harmonizing presence.

Quietness that heals

God, good, is the source of courage and peace. He embraces and includes all.

Singing new songs

Tamsin, Andrew, Airlie: Tell me about how you formed as a musical group and why you got started. Tamsin: We have known each other since school days together.

True benevolence

The founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy, was deeply benevolent and encouraged her students to be so as well. For example, when The Mother Church was first being built in Boston and donations slowed, she gave about 40 of her students the opportunity to each contribute $1,000 toward the project.

A meeting we will never forget

For nearly a century, Christian Science nursing facilities have served as quiet havens, where Christian Science healing may be practiced and supported. Each month, the  Journal publishes a brief explanation of the services Christian Science nursing facilities offer at the end of its Directory of Christian Science Nurses (see p.
