Testimonies of Healing

I am so grateful for what Christian Science has done for me and for my family that I cannot longer withhold my testimony. When our little son was two years old he became poisoned from eating fruit and was suddenly attacked with spasms.

Joyfully and gratefully I bear testimony to the healing power of Christian Science. I was dwarfed and sickly from childhood, and at the age of fifteen a mental blackness, misery, and fear of almost everything, even of insanity, settled upon me.

With the deepest gratitude I write this testimony of the help Christian Science has been to me and to my little ones. It is the only remedy ever used with my four children, and the older ones are now learning to know the truth for themselves.

My heart goes out in gratitude to God and thankfulness to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for Christian Science, and let me say to those who suffer as I did that they need not be "weary in well doing," for the healing will surely come if they faint not.

My heart is filled with a deep sense of gratitude for Christian Science, to which I turned as a last resort when materia medica could do no more. For over two years my face was very badly broken out, so badly sometimes that I was ashamed to be seen; but Christian Science healed me.

It is with a heart full of gratitude for the many blessings we as a family have received in Christian Science that I write this testimony. That God is a present help in trouble was surely proven to me in a street-car accident.

The joy that came to me with Christian Science makes me feel so grateful that I needs must do unto others as I have been done by; in other words, help to spread the glad tidings of peace on earth. It has not been long since I became vitally interested in this wonderful truth, yet I feel that more has been accomplished during this time than in all the years before.
